Through our Opportunity Tag program, Dee, came forth with a major sustainability opportunity. She suggested replacing disposable plastic bags with reusable mesh bags to transport wipes, teaming up with our Continuous Improvement team to bring the idea to life. Thanks to Dee, Contec will prevent 85,000 plastic bags from ending up in landfills. Todd took our commitment to side-by-side support to a whole new level. When he heard a customer’s challenge, he didn’t just pass it along—he jumped in and led the creation of a brand-new product from start to finish.
