When Steven Belknap joined the Marine Corps in 2017, he was hoping to find a similar camaraderie to what he experienced growing up on various sports teams. It turned out the Marines would provide that, and so much more. “I’ve learned leadership is not about being in charge or achieving rank, it’s about taking care of those in your charge,” he said. “You have to?truly care about development in and out of uniform." Today, we honor veterans like Steven, who have worked to ensure the freedoms that we enjoy every day. Happy Veteran’s Day to Steven and all our veteran employees and neighbors!

So yes, I am going to do everything in my power and my being to help you find a solution.” Fiore has seen the struggle of trying to stay above water firsthand and she can relate to many of the situations customers are facing. “You can count on me to make sure you are heard, seen and respected and I will do everything in my power to help you and find a way.”

If you call into our Business Center with a question, Stacy will handle your question or request with care. One memorable customer interaction for Stacy was when a farmer called into the Business Center. He was struggling with multiple bills and was looking to reduce costs and overhead. After reviewing his accounts and current rates Stacy was able to switch some of his accounts to a rate that would save him over $10,000 a year. “My customers can count on me to always be there and listen to the issue at hand and to offer a solution. Without our customers, we wouldn’t be here, and we need to make sure that they know they are valued, and we are here to help.”
