    I see many posts bashing Elon Musk for the email he send to Tesla employees, letting them know that remote is not acceptable in Tesla. I 100% agree with him. Remote work should not be acceptable in Tesla because it has no remote culture. I can't think of a company being successful with some employees has to be on site and other can work remotely. If the company has a physical product that requires on site work, than no one should be remote. So Tesla should never be a place embracing remote work. On the other hand, companies like Remote, Oyster? should never accept office culture.

    Remote and Oyster? are so far the best companies to go if you want to hire employees all over the world. They make it easy for you, and you do not have to deal with HR headaches thanks to their smooth and straightforward system. I want to point out their inbound sales flow with high level pros and cons. One of the first things that you want to see as an employer is the cost with a breakdown. In other words, how much employer will pay, what will it cover, and what are the additional costs. Both companies have a cost calculator, the one Oyster is providing is far way better than Remote. It shows all the costs with a breakdown, their fee, and total. On the other hand, Remote shows only general info, company fee not included, and the total in this case is a question mark. So as per information provided, Oyster takes the lead there. They also both have a chat button on the website. Remote is definitely leading here since you can talk to a real person within seconds and get your questions answered. While Oyster only offers you to book a meeting if you want to talk to a real person. These are the approach of the best EOR companies helping you hire talent anywhere in the world. Which approach do you prefer? My opinion? I would want to have basic information that I need before booking a call. #remotehiring #remote #eor

Well, I answered NO to this question many times, but seems like things might be changing with the AI age and its involvement in hiring processes. Below is a text that explains that your resume is being screened by the ATS and given a relevance score which will most probably create a bias, even even worse, result with an auto rejection. Which ATS? ADP You can see their detailed explanation on the attached file. And below is the text you receive during the appication: "This employer may use an artificial intelligence algorithm to provide an initial comparison of an applicant’s education, experience, and skills against the education, experience and skill requirements in the job description. This analysis produces a Profile Relevancy score, which is intended to be one of many factors that a potential employer will review in making its interview decisions; there are no cut off scores and all applications are visible to employers.?Read more about how these tools collect, store, and retain information and the results of the most recent impartial evaluations.?The Profile Relevancy score for applicants who opt out will be listed as “Not Available.” I wonder if your resume will be even reviewed if you opt out.
