It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Scott West. Scott was one of our industry’s finest leaders in Quality and Operational Excellence. His technical skills and know-how were unmatched, and his leadership was collaborative and engaging. Scott co-founded the CQEC and subsequently the DCX because he relished the opportunity to connect with colleagues and share his wisdom. He helped us all to grow and improve.
