The principals of the company are: Mark Kalish, President: Mark has over 50 years of experience in the building industry. He was a land developer and homebuilder for over 25 years in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mark has worked with banks and construction loans throughout his career, working as a Project Manager, as Vice President of Finance, and as Executive Vice President. Peter Kalish, Vice President: Peter has over 30 years of experience in real estate in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and in South Florida. He has a strong construction and finance background with an MBA in Real Estate Development. Peter’s experience includes managing construction projects and working with banks for residential and commercial properties for a Maryland land developer and home builder. As Vice President of Operations for a commercial development company in Northern Virginia, Peter was responsible for commercial development, project management and property management. Peter runs our Mid-Atlantic and South Florida divisions. We are available to assist you with your construction inspection needs, feasibility reviews and cash flows.
