On Veterans Day 2024, the participants of the SAM program came together to honor our veterans with a day of service at VFW Post 8772 in Dorchester. With dedication and respect, the students spent 4.5 hours cleaning the grounds and parking lot, carefully removing leaves and debris. Their hard work resulted in over 20 bags of trash collected, easing the burden on the elder members of the Post. A special thanks to Top Mix in Roxbury for generously providing lunch for our team—it was truly appreciated. Wishing a heartfelt Happy Veterans Day to all who have served. We are grateful for your sacrifices and proud to give back in any way we can.
