Connery Consulting is hiring. As the Business Development Lead you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by attracting out-of-network clients across all lines of business. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual who can build and lead a sales organization from scratch, leveraging their proven track record of consistent success in business development. What You’ll Do: ● Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new clients and expand our market presence. ● Identify and target potential clients that align with our expertise and services, establishing and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities. ● Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. ● Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs, effectively communicating our value proposition and service offerings. ● Drive partner strategy development by sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing partnerships that serve as critical levers for the growth and progress of the company against key strategic initiatives. ● Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts. ● Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline management, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications: ● Proven track record of success in driving sales and business development initiatives, preferably with experience selling to C-Level executives, HR, Talent, and/or People Orgs. ● Experience in building and leading sales organizations from scratch, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. ● Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a remote work environment. ● Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field ● Sales Experience in Staffing, HRtech, and/or consultancy is a plus ● Experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce, Copper, Hubspot
