Craft Your Elevator Speech a. Introduce yourself: Who you are and where you're from b. Share your goals and clinical interests—why they matter to you 2. Review Common Interview Questions - Use these resources to prepare: a. Interview Skills Packet for Residency Candidates b. STAR Method for Interviewing to structure your answers 3.
