We are seeking high-energy, adaptable Account Executives to drive sales and develop long-term partnerships within an assigned geographic territory. Leveraging extensive product knowledge and industry insights, Account Executives will work closely with Factory and Multi-Line Reps to meet client needs, grow accounts, and increase brand awareness. You will manage accounts, recommend solutions, and help develop sales strategies and quotas. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work both remotely and on-site as dictated by business needs. Must be available to come to the office as required.*

Essential Job Functions: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed.)

  • Account Management: Provide day-to-day support for clients, ensuring strong, lasting relationships by addressing their needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining satisfaction. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  • Client Support & Quoting: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, preparing and providing accurate quotes based on customer needs. Ensure timely follow-up on all quotes to address questions and move the process forward.
  • Quote Follow-Up & Closure: Follow up on all open quotes, working closely with clients to close quotes and finalize agreements. Incentives are based on successful quote closures and client ratings on industry platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Factory and Multi-Line Reps in assigned geographic areas to ensure cohesive teamwork and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Presentation & Proposal Support: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client presentations and proposals, clearly communicating service offerings and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Engage with clients throughout the service lifecycle to ensure their needs are met, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing updates as necessary, including post-quote follow-up.
  • Team & Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to monitor account status, quote progress, performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience across departments.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze client data, including quote activity and closure rates, to identify trends and provide insights that support improved client service and performance.
  • Consultation: Act as a trusted consultant to clients, offering guidance on service options and recommending solutions that best meet their individual needs, with a focus on successful quote management.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met, quotes are managed efficiently, and relevant updates are communicated effectively.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Stay current on industry trends and company policies while performing other duties as assigned to support overall team and client success.

Essential Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on exceptional customer support.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and with external reps.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey product value to clients.
