Last Saturday, Senior Community Coordinator Jayme Bonds and Team Development Manager Deborah Ala represented Connected Communities at the annual The BASE College & Career Fair! Joining them was Jean Marius, Property Manager at Washington Columbia in Dorchester, proudly representing WinnCompanies. The BASE is an incredible organization that leverages the power of sports to create a success-driven culture for urban youth. Beyond sports training and competition, they also offer programs that focus on college access, career development, and health & wellness. The event brought together colleges, healthcare organizations, and employers, creating a vibrant hub of opportunity and inspiration for young minds.
