We’re thrilled to welcome Bailey Leonard (Helterbrand) to the Connect Advisors team! Bailey joins our Oklahoma City office as a Project Manager, bringing over 10 years of construction experience across a variety of project types. Before joining Connect, Bailey managed military construction projects at Tinker AFB, overseeing everything from hangars to secure facilities in support of the warfighter mission. Her expertise in contract administration, negotiations, and onsite quality assurance makes her a valuable asset to our clients and partners. A proud Oklahoman, Bailey studied Construction Science at the University of Oklahoma and now lives in Norman with her husband, Trent—and an impressive crew of six horses, five dogs, two cats, and a donkey! When she’s not keeping projects on track, Bailey stays active with horseback riding, family adventures, and a dedication to health and fitness. Construction is progressing steadily on the expansion of Golden Mesa Casino, with substantial advancement across all scopes and a grand opening still on track for summer 2025—offering an exciting look #BehindTheBuild as the project takes shape. The new four-story, 99-room hotel has officially topped out, and crews are making strong progress on both exterior and interior finishes. Once complete, this expansion will more than double the facility’s size and introduce over 1,000 new electronic games, a full-service restaurant, and upgraded guest amenities. This phase also includes a 45-slot RV park featuring a laundry facility, bathhouse, and dog park—broadening the property’s ability to serve both local guests and traveling visitors. We’re proud to support this strategic investment in the region’s long-term growth, and we appreciate the dedicated team at Flintco, LLC for their continued leadership on construction.
