?? Black men, it’s okay to not be okay. Strength isn’t just holding it all in—it’s in opening up, leaning on each other, and knowing we don’t have to carry it alone. Let’s uplift each other. A quick check-in, a real convo—it all matters. We’re in this together. ??????? #YouAreNotAlone #BlackMenMatter #SupportYourBrothers #mac_since1985 ?? connect2greatness.org United Way of Palm Beach County Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County The School District of Palm Beach County

For many young Black male students and their families, facing subtle, often unconscious biases is a reality in educational spaces. Mindful discrimination can show up as lowered expectations, implicit judgments, or an unspoken feeling of "otherness." It’s a quiet kind of bias that may be harder to pinpoint but is deeply felt and can shape self-esteem, academic goals, and long-term aspirations. #c2gpbc #MindfulDiscrimination #UnconsciousBiases ?? connect2greatness.org United Way of Palm Beach County Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County The School District of Palm Beach County

Empathy is one of the most powerful tools we have in connecting with others. It’s not just about listening, but truly understanding and putting ourselves in someone else's shoes. When we approach people with empathy, we see beyond words, beyond actions, and recognize the emotions and experiences behind them.?#c2gpbc #empathy #fridayfocus ?? connect2greatness.org United Way of Palm Beach County Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County The School District of Palm Beach County
