Each attendee has been with Conklin for 3 years or less, and this event was packed with exciting opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. We kicked things off with an inspiring keynote speaker, followed by dynamic small group sessions where we shared best practices, deepened our product knowledge, and leveled up our skills. ???? Conklin welcomes Morgan Welde as our new "Regional Sales Manager" for the North and South Carolina markets. Morgan comes from one of North America's largest commercial manufacturers of HVAC components. Her time there sparked a passion for HVAC, driving her dedication to innovation, efficiency, and leadership in the industry. Morgan loves running and hiking, as well as traveling and seeking out new adventures. When she's not on the go, Morgan spends her free time with her husband, Brandon, and their two pups, Daisy and Loki. Morgan, we are thrilled to have you on board!?

A warm welcome to Kyle Norman, our newest "Territory Manager" in Greensboro, NC and the surrounding markets. Kyle brings seven years of HVAC and territory sales experience in this area. We are elated to have him on board as Conklin continues to expand in the region. Kyle and his wife Erin love outdoor activities and watching their children play sports. This North Carolina family is all in for the UNC Tar Heels no matter the season. Kyle, we are so excited to have you as the newest member of our sales team!

We are delighted to announce our new "Regional Sales Manager" for the Florida Region, Justin Johnston. Justin brings a wealth of experience in the HVAC and sheet-metal industries. His insight into the market, products, and applications will allow him to deliver innovative solutions that will meet and exceed customer expectations. Hailing from Chicago, Justin has a passion for Chicago sports and is an ardent fan of the Cubs. He is looking forward to the sunny Florida weather and the active lifestyle.
