Erie Harbor is not only a state-of-the-art, high-quality apartment community but also supported by an exceptional community management and maintenance team dedicated to creating a welcoming place to call home. Community Manager Pam Nowlin highlights the dedication of the maintenance team, stating, “The Erie Harbor Maintenance team is A+! They are fantastic to work with and embody Conifer’s core values, ensuring that Erie Harbor feels like home.” Erie Harbor leverages the Active Building portal (by RealPage) to streamline maintenance service requests. Residents can submit work orders directly through this portal, which are received in real time by the maintenance team on their tablets. The team strives to respond to and complete requests within 24-48 hours. After each task is completed, we follow up with residents to ensure their satisfaction before closing the request. “This process makes communication straightforward for both our residents and maintenance team, resulting in timely and efficient completion of work orders,” said Pam Nowlin. A resident shared their positive experience: “Maintenance is reliable, efficient, and fast. Our dishwasher wasn’t working, so we placed a maintenance request through the app. Less than 24 hours later, we returned home to a new, functional dishwasher.” Conifer is honored to have such a skilled and committed maintenance staff.
