The Ladies of Scale Program, established in 2023, is a vital initiative dedicated to intentionally empowering at-risk youth in our community. Led by Greensboro Police officers and professional staff, the program aims to create a safe and supportive environment where girls can connect with positive role models such as first responders & counselors. Through mentorship and guidance, these young individuals are equipped with the necessary resources to excel academically and socially, ultimately steering them further away from the perils of juvenile violence.
