Yesterday, several members of the Conexus Indiana team attended the launch of “Workforce 2040: Pathways to Prosperity” by the Sagamore Institute. The event featured a panel discussion with a dynamic group of speakers, exploring key factors that will shape Indiana’s future workforce, including technology, education and a shrinking population. Our President & CEO, Frederick Cartwright, authored a chapter in the book on "Manufacturing Renaissance" which outlines what a renaissance would entail and what challenges and opportunities await the industry. Thank you to our partners at Ivy Tech Community College, Butler University, Purdue University and the Indiana Manufacturers Association for contributing valuable insights to the piece. We'll be sharing some of those insights in the coming days. And thank you the Sagamore Institute for the opportunity to discuss this important topic. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gt37W7Hq
