I closed out my travels for 2024 in Nashville TN where I spoke to the dedicated team at Conexion Americas. Their mission is to build a welcoming community and create opportunities where Latino families can belong, contribute and succeed. They offer diverse resources, from a culinary incubator for aspiring entrepreneurs to vital services like workforce training, healthcare, and childcare. Witnessing their impactful efforts was inspiring. I am so proud to be a part of their leadership development as we talked about emotional intelligence and the value of fostering connections through dialogue.
