We are growing and #hiring an Chief Revenue Officer #CRO to own our sales efforts. Concrete Engine is at the forefront of distributed high-performance computing, offering solutions optimized for AI and HPC workloads. Our mission is to empower industries like healthcare, defense, and energy with scalable, cost-efficient, and sustainable infrastructure tailored to their unique needs. As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to help expand our market presence and drive revenue. This role is commission and equity-based, giving you a stake in shaping the future of AI infrastructure. Our Tailored Approach: Concrete Engine's customer-centric strategy is built on a four-step approach designed to deliver measurable impact: 1.Initial AI Optimization Assessment 2.Code Optimization and Cost Efficiency 3.Cloud vs. On-Premise Guidance 4. Early access to modular HPC solutions for cost-efficient scaling The Enterprise Sales Executive will leverage this approach to communicate our value proposition, win customers, and contribute to Concrete Engine’s growth trajectory Qualifications Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in HPC, AI, or data center solutions. Strong consultative sales skills with a history of tailoring solutions to customer needs. Familiarity with cloud and on-prem HPC models is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for working in deep tech startups. What We Offer: Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential. Equity in a fast-growing, innovative company. Our CEO, Meltem Ballan, Ph.D., has been on the road for a while and working on big partnerships. Our leadership and team came from top institutions and top roles; however, they all felt the need for the change, not only for themselves; but, the way that world is looking at AI and high performance computing. It is everybody's product and it is everybody's solution. As a pre-seed company Concrete Engine is overwhelmed by interests and is set to close the pre-seed round by January 1. The sustainable and green solutions are not just conversations or there is no quick fix. Investments in more energy-efficient technologies, cooling systems, and data center management software are necessary to keep up with the ever-growing demand for AI compute power.
