The past few years with Conco Services LLC have been an incredible journey. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the most dedicated and talented professionals in the industry, especially our amazing Safety Team—a group truly committed to protecting people and making a difference. While I have truly enjoyed my time at Conco, an opportunity presented itself that allows me to spend more time with my family while also helping to grow an incredible organization in the Louisiana market. I’m excited to share that I’ll be joining Health and Safety Council? as Regional Operations Director. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone at Conco who has made my time here so meaningful. I also have full confidence that Mike Niland, MS, CSP will do an outstanding job stepping into the HSE Director role for Conco, and I know the safety team will continue to do great things. Productive day and night supporting my clients “listening tours”. This field walk is implemented and encouraged for management to spend INTENTIONAL time in the field to speak with all contractors on thoughts (both positive and negative), safety, progress, concerns, and more importantly improvements the TA team should be aware of. The feedback is discussed and collected as a whole at the end of the walk, and continued throughout the TA. I am proud to be a partner with a company who values the workers in the field.
