?? Project Wrap-Up: City of Santa Monica AMI Upgrade ?? Another successful install! CONCORD UTILITY SERVICES replaced and upgraded 18,500+ meters with Badger Meter Disc and E-Series meters, integrating cellular endpoints and BEACON customer engagement software for a turnkey AMI system. All 18,500 meters are now remotely readable, boosting efficiency and accuracy for the customer and Santa Monica’s water system. We are excited to kick off a new project to help bring AMI technologies to the Temescal Valley Water District. Our partners on this project are MeterSYS?, Kamstrup North America, Core & Main, and, of course, the excellent Temescal Valley Water District. Temescal Valley Water District (“TVWD” or “District”) is a California Water District formed in 1965 to provide water and wastewater services to the residents of the Temescal Valley between the cities of Lake Elsinore and Corona. The District provides water services to approximately 6,600 customers in central Riverside County. The District’s average potable water demand is about 8,000 acre-feet annually.
