Every year, the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule imposes reductions that threaten access to physical therapy, particularly for older adults and those managing chronic conditions. Without reform, these cuts will continue to strain small, independent clinics like ours—forcing difficult decisions that could negatively impact patient care. That’s why we stand with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in calling for major reforms.
