Hard hats on, questions ready! These Foster Elementary students took their “Principal for a Day” duties seriously, joining our weekly meeting, touring the site, and even quizzing us on structural framing and welding! Their enthusiasm was contagious, and we were thrilled to turn this into a fun and educational experience. Big thanks to Foster Elementary for letting us share this moment with future builders and leaders!

??? We are proud to announce that Conan Construction has been awarded the Chula Vista High School Stadium Project! This project includes a new 8-lane sports track, synthetic turf football/soccer field, new bleachers, concessions, restrooms, ticket booths, a field house, and more! Thank you Sweetwater Union High School District for another great project. We are excited to bring this vision to life!

Starting rough in at the Castle Park High Stadium Modernization

It is a honor to be partnered with great teams of individuals on this project for Mar Vista Academy. Now that we have broken ground, we look forward to this exciting journey ahead!

We’re pleased to announce that Conan Construction has been awarded the Mar Vista Academy modernization project! ??? This project includes the demolition of outdated buildings, new state-of-the-art facilities, and essential upgrades. Key improvements include a new Multi-Purpose Room, Student Services & Special Education Building, upgraded utilities, resurfaced parking, new fencing, and enhanced landscaping. We look forward to delivering a transformed campus for the Sweetwater Union High School District community!

We are excited to announce that Conan Construction has been awarded the Castle Park High School Campus Modernization project with Sweetwater Union High School District! ?? This project includes the demolition of select buildings and the construction of a state-of-the-art two-story classroom building to enhance the learning environment. In addition, we’re making major site improvements, including: ? Upgraded hardscape, landscaping, and artificial turf for functional outdoor spaces ? New shade structures and a platform for versatile gathering areas ? A new walking ramp for improved accessibility to the right-of-way We’re proud to play a role in modernizing this campus and creating a dynamic space for students and faculty. Stay tuned for updates!

A few photos of our last bid day for the Sweetwater Union High School District. We ended and began the year on the right foot, with amazing opportunities and projects to come. I couldn't be more grateful for my team, our Subcontractors, the District Leaders, the CM teams and the many blessings that have come from all of our collaborative work.
