These vibrant communities are filled with passionate individuals from diverse industries, all united by a common goal: elevating customer education and making it a cornerstone of business strategy. Being part of these communities has been a game-changer. I've learned about the latest trends, shared best practices and gained insights that I can apply to help healthcare companies integrate customer education earlier in their growth cycles. But it's not just about the business benefits. It's about feeling supported and understood. Meet Your CEdMA Board: This is Sarah Reeves, our Partners Trustee! Sarah has been hard at work building partnerships that support our customer education community. Ever since helping her sister and friends learn Decathalon on an Apple IIe computer, Sarah has been committed to educating people to use technology, culminating as the Director of Learning Services for Sage. She is a strategic, global leader with a reputation for getting things done. She looks forward to building long-lasting partnerships with companies serving the Customer Education market, as the Partner Trustee for CEdMA.
