The last day of residential pickups will be August 30th. Drop-off locations, corporate collection, and special event collection will be continuing for the time being. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, one we have not made lightly. There are still many details we are figuring out, but for now this is what has been confirmed. Thank you for your continued support and for believing in Compostable. Stay connected through our newsletter and Instagram for future updates.

These photos by Nicole A. perfectly capture the spirit of #CompostableFarmDay! The energy, the plants, the community, the people of all ages coming out to have a day of connection with the land. It's everything we strive for and we love putting it on. If you attended, what was your favorite part of the day?

Party in the Desert 2024 means partying responsibly! Check out the diversion stats below.
It was a true honor for Analog to lead the production of Interscope Records & Capitol Records's acclaimed "Party in the Desert" at this year's Coachella. From conceptualization to execution, our team poured heart and soul into bringing this extraordinary event to life. The "Party in the Desert" was a seamless blend of entertainment, relaxation, and engagement, thanks to the incredible sponsors. Analog crafted immersive and interactive experiences including eos Products' poolside oasis complete with sweet treats, hand massages, and summer beauty essentials, the Skechers Comfort Lounge, showcasing their collaboration with Snoop Dogg and featuring the artist James Goldcrown, ORBIT Gum's enchanting wall of Enchant-Mint, and TUMI's custom putting green, among many other amazing brand partner activations. Sustainability was at the forefront of our planning and execution. We are proud to share that through dedicated efforts by our partners REVERB, Compostable, Overdrive Energy Solutions, & EcoSet, we managed to incorporate sustainable practices that significantly reduced our environmental impact: ?? Diverted 389lbs of food scraps from landfill ?? Diverted 660 gallons of plastic film from landfill ?? Donated 425lbs of leftovers to support the Coachella Valley community ?? Replaced typical gas generators with battery-powered alternatives for catering and back-of-house needs ?? Donated fabrication materials and products to local community organizations ?? Offset our measured carbon footprint (1175.9 Lbs CO2) through a donation to REVERB’s Music Decarbonization Project, supporting innovative climate solutions within the music industry The success of this event is a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to making a difference. It was an honor to bring together music, culture, and sustainability in such a dynamic and impactful way. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Interscope Records, Capitol Records, the sponsors, our vendors, and everyone who joined us in making this Coachella experience truly unforgettable. Here’s to more music, more moments, and more milestones ahead. #Coachella2024 #EventProduction #SustainabilityInEvents

Did you know we have a compost subscription that gives back to the community? Like the mycelium networks that exist within our soils, the heart of our business lies in connecting with our community and sharing resources. For every environmental justice fund subscription fee, $10 goes into our EJ Fund, which supports long-term capacity building for marginalized Angelinos working to solve climate disparities. If you want to invest in the community while diverting your food scraps from the landfill and supporting local farms at the same time, the Environmental Justice membership plan is the one for you! Shoutout to our EJ partners thus far! If you know know of anyone doing dope environmental work in Los Angeles, let us know - we're looking for new EJ partners! https://lnkd.in/g9Re_CGc @rootdownla @ighgardens @moonwaterfarm

Our dearest Lauren Yang. She was one of our very first employees back in 2020 and is back again to help us with onsite operations - bucket washing, food scrap dumping, and heavy duty apron modeling. She's a woman of many talents though - check out her comedy shows, podcast, haikus, and everything else she gets up to!
