What stood out: ?? Fueling growth with Millennial and Gen-Z consumers, who represent 80 percent of the new accounts acquired for U.S. Consumer Gold Card. (a focus on dining) ?? Gold is a very popular product with total U.S. Consumer Gold acquisitions currently running at about 30% higher than Platinum; And No. 1 premium product for Millennial and Gen-Z consumers, with 80% of U.S. ?? Millennial and Gen Z remain the fastest growing consumer cohort overall in the U.S.: CEO Quote “meets the financial and lifestyle needs of our customers.” ?? Amex is focused on a product refresh strategy that is driving their portfolio (a good sign that they will continue unique and limited edition cards) ?? Completed 40 product refreshes globally since the beginning of the year, including the recent launch of our new U.S. Consumer Gold Card. ?? Raw example of why hiring top security engineering talent is a non-negotiable for me. We recently required the development of a specific feature using a particular SoC software language with which none of our team members were particularly familiar. In a week and a half it was fully written because a team member could teach themselves that software language over a weekend and then just write it. That is not typical. Our standard is that level of capability. When it's security, it has to work flawlessly.
