What an incredible day at the Ritz-Craft Development event last Thursday in Traverse City! A heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us. From the insightful presentations to valuable networking, and most excitingly, the live setup of Phase 2 of Boardwalk, it was truly a showcase of what modern modular development is all about. It was fantastic reconnecting with long-time colleagues and equally thrilling to meet new faces! I've been eagerly waiting to share this exciting news. This week, I officially joined forces with Ritz-Craft to launch a new company called Ritz-Craft Development. With over 70 years of experience in component manufacturing, Ritz-Craft brings invaluable expertise to our venture. We now offer a comprehensive, full-service solution for component-based design, development, and manufacturing. We are thrilled to reach this significant milestone. Making progress on Boardwalk, our next project in Traverse City! Steel is happening now and then it's time for Build On RC2 to bring in the components.
