Just sent out another SOW to a prospective client! ?? Given most folks don't know what 'compliance' advisory services or 'Compliance as a Service' necessarily means, our team thought it may be a great time to highlight some of our service offerings. The TLDR: We counsel c-level executives to help them build comprehensive, custom compliance programs in 3-6 months. Each program is bespoke to the client's individual regulatory landscape, tailored to their sales verticals, and built with proactive compliance in mind. Nobody likes a retroactive compliance program. Here's what we call some of our deliverables: 1. Trust & Transparency Reports 2. Trust Portal Strategic Build 3. Build-a-risk program 4. Compliance program roadmap and benchmarking After we set the groundwork, we build a compliance roadmap and plan and then we support our clients with ongoing retainers to continue to support their compliance programs as their companies get new customers, new regulations come out, or new industries bubble up in their sales pipelines.
