Starting as a DJ at Complete St. Louis, Jordan quickly made his mark, winning DJ of the Year before taking the leap into franchise ownership. Since then, he’s led Complete Central Illinois to Franchise of the Year honors in 2021 and 2023, all while meeting the love of his life at Complete—his wife, Libbi Sweet—along the way. ?? Jordan shares the highs of his journey and the unique support Complete Weddings + Events offers in the wedding industry. 2025 has marked a new chapter for Complete Weddings + Events St. Louis! Scott Bernstein took over ownership this year, and with over 35 years?of dedication to Complete, Scott has played an integral role in the success of the St. Louis franchise! Just last year, Scott was inducted into the?Complete Weddings + Events Hall of Fame, a testament to his leadership, passion, and commitment to the company, his team, and to making memorable events across St. Louis. We’re excited to see Scott continue to build on the incredible legacy of Complete St. Louis! This transition also marks the well-earned retirement of?Dan Sims, who started Complete St. Louis in November 1984 and built the company into a thriving success. Under his leadership, Complete St. Louis became the?largest Complete franchise to date, earning?many nationwide awards including Franchise of the Year?in?2014 and 2017. Dan’s dedication to growing the brand and delivering exceptional service earned him a spot in the?Complete Hall of Fame in 2014, solidifying his impact on the industry and community.
