We all wonder if are we getting it right… Balancing the personal and professional tight rope has its challenges. It’s natural to question yourself. Am I being present enough as a parent? Am I being a strong enough leader at work? Questioning yourself is healthy. But keep pushing forward. Keep the questions from becoming doubt. Keep believing. Yesterday, my youngest daughter made this picture for me. Completely out of the blue. There is no greater reward than seeing this form of love from her.
