?? We are continuously impressed with, and proud of our #CompleteSuccess patients! Michiline from Gilpin Hall came to our Brackenville facility following a left total knee replacement. She required assistance with ambulation and all activities of daily living. By discharge, she could ambulate with a rolling walker and her independence improved all around! A giant shoutout to liaison McHale Williams for recently going above and beyond ?? Per the admission director at Complete Care at Corsica Hills: “We recently received a referral for Timmy, a former housekeeping team member at Corsica Hills who had retired but remained close to our hearts. After a health scare, Timmy was transferred to the ICU, and his family requested he return to us for rehab. Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and we knew time was short. When we learned of his situation, MaCale immediately stepped up, reaching out to Timmy, offering comfort, and ensuring he knew that we were here for him. She made a special trip to the hospital, bringing a card, flowers, and a Complete Care bear to his bedside—just to let him and his family know we were thinking of them during this difficult time. Sadly, Timmy passed away shortly after MaCale's visit, but her personal touch meant the world to his family and to all of us at Corsica Hills. This wasn't just about a referral; it was about showing compassion and care for someone who had given so much to us over the years. We are deeply grateful for MaCale’s kindness and dedication. On October 21, she was admitted after experiencing a mild stroke that impacted her right side, particularly her leg, which limited her mobility and ability to walk. During this difficult time, my family wanted to ensure she would be treated with kindness and receive all the support she needed to regain her mobility. Your team’s dedication made an incredible difference in her recovery journey. I wanted to extend a special thank you to Mr. Jay Lyles, who went above and beyond in assisting with her recovery process. His efforts to secure additional time for physical therapy and to coordinate her continued care after discharge were instrumental. Throughout the entire experiences, Mr. Lyles showed patience, professionalism, and kindness. He was always available to answer questions and offer guidance, making this challenging period easier for both my mother and our family.
