Starting today (February 25th), Turkey’s Travel Rule requirements are officially live, impacting not only Turkish VASPs but also any business transacting with them. So, what’s the Travel Rule? It’s a global regulation introduced by the FATF that requires VASPs to share sender and receiver information for qualifying crypto transactions. Think of it as KYC but for your transactions. La Travel Rule est?une réglementation internationale con?ue pour prévenir les crimes financiers tels que le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme dans les transactions en cryptomonnaies. En bref, cela signifie que les entreprises qui traitent les paiements en crypto-monnaies doivent désormais collecter, vérifier et partager entre elles des informations de transaction spécifiques sur la personne qui envoie et re?oit le paiement (ces informations ? voyagent ? avec le paiement). Avec Matthieu Chassagne et Pinacle, on s'est dit que c'était le moment idéal de rédiger un guide quand on a constaté le nombre de PSAN qui ne savaient même pas ce qu'était la Travel Rule....
