Sandeep brings over 12 years of experience in data and analytics, with a strong background in data engineering, DataOps, MLOps, and modern data technologies. He has consulted for clients across a variety of industries, including Retail, Media & Entertainment, Finance, Technology, Life Sciences, and Pharma, with deep expertise in platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. Outside of work, Sandeep enjoys 3D printing and playing soccer. He lives in Philadelphia with his family, including his spouse and two young children. We're thrilled to have Sandeep on board and he's already using his skills and experience for a key client building a Customer Data Platform. We can't wait to see the impact he'll make here. We're delighted to welcome both Austen and Matt to CompassX this week! Austen brings over thirteen years of extensive FinServ and consulting experience. He has served in numerous leadership business transformation roles throughout his career directly at these companies and as a consultant. Austen’s areas of focus include process optimization and technological implementations. He'll be leveraging his wealth of experience with one of our leading FinServ clients. Matt is a technology consultant who specializes in data science, Agile, and business intelligence services. He previously worked for a global consulting company where he had a broad range of project experience with clients in the financial, insurance, and healthcare industries. Matt will work with one of our leading pharmaceutical clients to drive innovation in all things Business Intelligence.
