We are Growing and Looking to Add a Sr. Technical Recruiter to our team!!!! The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for conducting day-to-day Recruiting and Placement activities for Compass Pointe Consulting; Sourcing, Qualifying, and Placing highly skilled consultants at client sites or remote according to project specifications. We might be right for you if you … Have at least 5-8 years overall IT Recruiting Experience for the following positions in an Agency / Staffing Firm Environment: Software Developers, Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Database Administrators, A/V Technicians etc... Ideally with at least 1-2 yrs of experience working in small to mid-sized Staffing Agency. Know how to successfully conduct searches, identify, and qualify candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods. (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking, Referrals, Internal/Online Database searches, User/Technical Groups, etc.) Can determine candidate suitability and assess relevant experience by evaluating employment history and background, education, skills, and personal qualifications to negotiate effective compensation package, etc. Enjoy keeping current with general trends in technology as well as those specific to our clients’ needs. Enjoy interacting with people while taking on new challenges and responsibility for your own actions. Can work independently from a remote work location (Mid- Atlantic is ideal) Want to be part of the fabric of a growing organization with open ended earning potential, uncapped possibility, and an opportunity to “have a seat at the table”, where your voice matters. ?
