This week, thirty of our Compass One leaders participated in an intensive Train-the-Trainer program with Press Ganey Consultants to launch this innovative Leadership Development Academy. These leaders are now equipped to deliver this transformative leadership training to our onsite Compass One leaders nationwide. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering leadership excellence and enhancing healthcare hospitality and the quality of services we provide. We're excited to share our successful experience last week at the American Nurses Association's Magnet Conference. Our very own Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Aundrea Mills, teamed up with Katie Boston-Leary, Sr. Vice President of Equity and Engagement American Nurses Association — New York, Nicole George, Press Ganey Vice President/Associate Chief Nursing Officer, and Nessan Salmon Wilson, Sentara Health Princess Anne Hospital Vice President/ Chief Nursing Officer, for a panel discussion around Harmonizing Healthcare to Support Clinical Caregivers. In a time when strong support for nurses is crucial, this panel shared empowering insights, discussed challenges, highlighted initiatives that foster nurse satisfaction and retention, and explored our work around elevating nurses' practice environment. We are so proud of all the hard work our team and partners are doing nationwide to enhance environments for our nurses and are excited to continue making a difference!
