We’re proud to announce the winner of Compass Group Hong Kong Limited's Master Chef Challenge! ? Huge congratulations to Chef Tiffany Yung, who impressed the judges with her creativity and talent. Her winning dishes – chicken veggie roll with pumpkin feta purée and Hong Kong style deep-fried egg dough with lemon curd were absolute standouts! ? A big well done to our joint 2nd place winners, Chef Bob and Chef Sam, for their exceptional contributions. ? Congratulations to Compass Group Danmark on their inspiring People Appreciation Week initiative, brought to life by Kenneth Balieu S?rensen and Troels Trier Vogel. Get to know our Chefs… Ryan Holmes is a proud foodie, his bookshelf is almost exclusively made up of cookbooks. As co-chair and a key member of our Global Culinary Forum, Chef Ryan is constantly evolving menus, nudging consumers to make better choices and pushing the boundaries when it comes to lesser known ingredients or cooking styles. “Innovation is one of my biggest professional passions. When a business has a sociable culture, employees say they are happier, better understand their company’s vision and stay longer with their employer, according to our new report. 30,000+ workers and students in 21 countries were polled in our ‘Power of Socialisation’ report, exploring the attitudes of today’s employees and the workforce of the future. In partnership with global market intelligence agency Mintel, the report found that: ???? 27% of employees say they feel lonely or isolated at work. ?? 83% who say their workplace is an enjoyable space to be in are happy at work. But happiness falls to just 22% if the environment is not right. ?? 45% of hybrid workers say they would come into their place of work more often if there were more opportunities to socialise with colleagues. This morning, we launched our ‘Power of Socialisation’ report carried out in partnership with?global market intelligence agency Mintel. Polling over 30,000 workers and students in 21 countries, it explores the attitudes of today’s employees and the workforce of the future to set out the ideal environment for socialising in the workplace. The perfect sociable moments encourage workplace friendships, a sense of belonging and signal a company’s commitment to inclusivity, wellbeing and career progression.
