We are thrilled to congratulate Maria Cirera from our Compass Group Australia team on winning Queensland TAFE’s Year 3 Apprentice of the Year in Cookery Award and Apprentice of the Year Award! Maria joined Compass Group Australia in 2016 as a Catering Assistant and, three years ago, pursued her passion for cooking through a chef apprenticeship. With a background in psychology, she found her true calling in the culinary world, where her creativity and passion for food come to life. Congratulations, Maria! #CompassGroup
