Clinical Comes First at Companion
At Companion, our mission is to transform the veterinary hospital industry by prioritizing the voices of clinicians in vital decision-making. We recognize that the most favorable outcomes are achieved when hospital leaders and clinicians work together to make operational and clinical decisions. To ensure this collaboration, we have established two leadership groups - the Medical Advisory Board (MAB) and the Operating Review Committee (ORC) - led by doctors and managers.
