?? See how Kavik, a four-month-old Husky mix, was recently saved with the help of Companion Laser Therapy treatment ?? After his initial parvovirus diagnosis, in-home care was prescribed due to limited funds. Five days later, his owners brought him back due to increased lethargy and an infection the original handlers had tried to self-debride. Kavik was found to have a maggot infestation of his back, and the handlers agreed to surrender him to veterinary staff. He was then hospitalized, where he received the standard of care for parvovirus, the wounds were debrided, and laser therapy treatments began. ??14 laser sessions and five weeks later, he was healed ??
