?? Exciting things are happening! Recently, one of our member companies, Amwins, had the privilege of supporting a careers, trades, and college expo held by our non-profit partner, UrbanPromise Charlotte. The expo was a success, as over 80 high schoolers – many of whom serve as mentors at Urban Promise to younger students – took part in round table discussions with professionals from Amwins. These industry leaders shared their career journeys and the factors that influenced their choices along the way. By supporting events like these, we’re providing greater exposure for these students, introducing them to new connections and opportunities in our industry. It's all part of our upward mobility initiative, aimed at helping to shape the next generation of talent to build a more inclusive future. Recently, we held our annual Community Matters Fall Classic Golf Tournament, and even though the weather wasn’t on our side, the spirit of giving was stronger than ever! ??? ?With 32 teams battling it out, we crowned 6 flight winners and, more importantly, raised $30,000 for our local community!
