Of the 61 HHS levies on the ballot, 54 passed. Levies failed in Adams, Coshocton, Highland, Holmes, Madison, and Perry County. Levies covered a wide range of HHS areas: children’s services, health districts, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and aging in Ohio. Check out the results: https://lnkd.in/ezad5mS7

The U.S. House has passed legislation that would allow the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury to unilaterally rescind the 501c3 status of nonprofit organizations. The bill now moves to the U.S. Senate.
