Monday Motivation It’s all in the execution. We are all capable of bringing great ideas to the table but if we don’t take action to bring them into reality – what was the purpose? Of course, every idea that we come up with may not be able to be implemented due to numerous factors but until you put them out there, you will never know if it was a great idea or not. I have had my share of ideas that sounded great at the time but maybe didn’t work as planned but then there were many that did. Sometimes our ideas may be so big that they scare us and that is okay too. Never be afraid of tossing out an idea because you never know where it might lead.
