Today is International Stress Awareness Day! In our fast-paced world, stress can sometimes feel unavoidable. But taking small steps to manage it can make a big difference in how we feel and cope day-to-day. Here are some simple ways to invite calm and clarity into your routine: - Take 5 minutes for yourself — whether it’s a quiet cup of tea, a walk outside, or a few deep breaths. Giving yourself a moment of pause can help shift your perspective. - Set small, manageable goals — breaking down tasks into smaller steps can help make overwhelming situations feel more achievable. - Practice gratitude — taking a moment to reflect on something you’re grateful for can shift your mindset and offer a brief mental escape from stress. Remember, acknowledging stress in your life and taking steps to manage it isn’t a sign of weakness. Seeking professional support can provide even more tools to help you thrive in the face of stress. CPSFL has expert therapists ready to help! Click to submit a referral and connect with us: https://lnkd.in/ekPDwhzt #mentalhealthawareness #floridamentalhealth #StressAwarenessDay
