CHP’s Warm Wishes and Giving Tree programs made the 2024 holiday season brighter for 580 senior residents with thoughtful gifts and moments of connection. Last Friday, Virginia Tech’s Rhizome community visited Stroubles Ridge, a CHP neighborhood currently under construction in Blacksburg! After creating a 3D model of the site last semester, students are now tackling site plans for individual homes and designing a pedestrian bridge. We’re excited to see their innovative ideas take shape!

This nationally recognized tool—developed by our very own Anthony Cox, Building Science Manager and Lead Trainer at CHP Energy Solutions—visually demonstrates how heat, air, and moisture move through a home.
