Community Foundation created the Community Farm to share the value of growing fresh fruits and vegetables from the ground up. The farm provides fresh produce to Madison County food banks, organizations and patients. Together, we're cultivating health and wellness beyond hospital walls. ??????

With over 32 years at Community Health Network and a specialization from the Medical University of South Carolina, Amy's commitment to patient care is truly exemplary.
