We're thrilled to announce the start of construction at Owen’s Adair II in downtown Astoria! This 50-unit community will provide much-needed affordable housing for low-income seniors, people with disabilities, and individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The #NorthwestOregonHousingAuthority will serve as the long-term owner and operator, with CDP working as a development consultant. Owen’s II is thoughtfully designed to reflect and complement the historic Owens Adair, a 1931 addition to the St. Mary’s Hospital complex—Astoria's first hospital, founded in 1880. With construction underway, we're looking forward to welcoming residents in 2026! Read the press release here: https://lnkd.in/gjH2Bbiv

We’re thrilled to introduce Mariposa Village as the official name of our Rand Road project in Hood River! Inspired by the Monterey Mariposa Lily—a beautiful three-petaled wetland flower native to Oregon—the name "Mariposa" also means "butterfly" in Spanish, symbolizing transformation and hope. This name reflects our commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive community. We chose this name in collaboration with an incredible group of partners—#ColumbiaCascadeHousingCorp, The City of Hood River, and local organizations The Next Door Inc. and Oregon Human Development Corporation (OHDC).
