After high school, Brian secured a position at Marvin Windows and Doors, gaining valuable real-world experience and building a strong foundation for his future. But Brian’s journey is just beginning—he plans to pursue his passion for culinary arts in the coming years, combining his love for creativity with his drive to succeed. Reflecting on his time with CISM, Brian credits the life skills he gained—especially in managing expenses and navigating adulthood with confidence—with helping him feel prepared for this next chapter. “CISM gave me so many tools that I use in my everyday life. They’ve helped me grow as a man in so many ways.” Brian’s story is a powerful reminder of how the right guidance and support can shape a young person’s future. Through this collaboration, CISM is now an official service provider, ensuring that young people and their families have reliable access to the support and resources they need to thrive. The 2024-25 Quarter 2 Report is here! From breaking down barriers for students to strengthening community partnerships, Q2 was all about impact, growth, and collaboration! ?? We provided warmth, dignity, and critical resources to over 150 individuals experiencing homelessness through Homeless to Hopeful. A community coat drive ensured that students at MBA High, MBA Middle, and Westside Middle had the essentials to stay warm this winter. Our Student Support Specialists tackled chronic absenteeism head-on, working closely with families and schools to remove barriers and keep students on track. Most importantly, we celebrated the incredible work of our team and partners—because when we’re #AllinforYouth, we create lasting change.
