Our team was proud to contribute to the conversation through thought-provoking sessions: ?? Adam Cutler, Director of Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund; Robert Duncan, Director of Workforce Training Fund; and Mary-Ann Roberts, Senior Program Manager for Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund presented "Innovative Workforce Development: Actionable Strategies for ESOL Challenges," exploring how ESOL for Employment programs and cross-sector partnerships are expanding career pathways. ?? ?? Available Funding Alert: WCTF Donnelly Success Grant Now Open ?? The Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund (WCTF) is now accepting proposals for the Donnelly Success Grant, offering up to $500,000 in funding for workforce development programs aimed at unemployed, underemployed, and incumbent workers across high-demand industries in Massachusetts. This grant program is designed to support unemployed and underemployed residents by funding training opportunities that lead to careers in high-demand sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Information Technology, and more. Eligible applicants for the WCTF Donnelly Success Grant include community-based organizations (including adult basic education providers), employers with operations in Massachusetts that employ Massachusetts residents in the proposed target occupation, employer associations, higher education institutions, labor organizations, MassHire Workforce Boards, nonprofit education, training, or other service providers, MassHire Career Centers, and for-profit organizations. ??
