The Human Resources Division is pleased to offer an exciting career opportunity to a highly motivated and talented professional within the Department of Organizational Learning. The Director of Organizational Learning will shape a vision for enterprise-wide employee learning by developing statewide employee learning strategies and delivering employee training initiatives to tens of thousands of Commonwealth executive department employees.
Key responsibilities include:
??Lead the design and delivery of large-scale blended employee training programs
??Oversee, manage, deliver, and improve the Commonwealth’s compliance training programs
??Define training outcomes, KPIs, process improvements, and change management needs
????Mentor, coach and inspire your learning team, using proven leadership principles
??Ensure engaging and effective learning experiences for all levels of employees
??Create and deliver dynamic and compelling presentations to advance a future vision for learning
??Communicate and drive engagement for self-directed employee learning programs
