?? Employee Spotlight - Meet Gloria Behrle ?? Gloria, our Marketing Coordinator, joined Commonwealth in 2011, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a dynamic career journey. From her start in Interior Design at Ethan Allen to creating innovative training programs and videos in the corporate furniture industry, Gloria’s path has been anything but ordinary. "I love being able to use my creativity in new ways, whether it's writing engaging headlines or developing impactful marketing projects," she shares. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Gloria cherishes the memories of attending professional football and baseball games with her dad. Gloria shares, “Some of my best childhood memories were at Municipal Stadium meeting players and taking pictures.” A lifelong Cleveland Browns fan, her passion for her team runs deep. Family is central to Gloria’s life, and her daughter, Monica, is her pride and joy. “She is my life and a wonderful person,” Gloria says with pride. Creativity drives Gloria, not just at work but in her personal life. This year, she launched an Etsy shop featuring upcycled home décor, sharing, “I’ll see something at a thrift store or estate sale and envision what new design potential I can bring to it.
