From Scratch to Feast: Our Uncommon Cooking Class Experience ?? At Uncommon Experiences, we love supporting small hospitality businesses—and what better way to do it than by getting hands-on in the kitchen? Last weekend, a few of our members spent the morning at a winery in the Yarra Valley, learning to make lasagna, ravioli, and gnocchi from scratch. Seven of us rolled up our sleeves, kneaded dough, perfected our pasta, and then sat down to enjoy our delicious creations—paired with a well-earned glass of wine! ??? It was an incredible way to spend a Saturday—learning new skills, sharing laughs, and supporting an amazing small business.
